Avocado Cottage

Rates from R3000 per night

Avocado Cottage is positioned right next to the dam at the top of the horseshoe valley. It is an airy cabin with direct access to endless hiking and mountain biking. Although it is styled as a two-person cabin, there is a queen-sized sleeping pod attached to the living room which can sleep 2 children or an extra guest and can be made up for a small extra fee. Avocado cottage has a brand new kolkol Hottub and enjoys the most privileged position, right on the water next to a large gum forest. The deck of this cottage reaches out over the lake to allow you to jump into the cool water on a hot day.

Each cabin has a wood-burning stove to keep you cosy in winter and an aircon in the main bedroom to cool or warm you whatever the weather.

There is a full kitchen and a fire pit braai (barbecue)area at all our cottages.

Guests can enjoy scenic hikes, wild swimming, mountain biking and a leisurely stroll to breakfast or a sunset wine tasting.
